Delete your Escrofy account

You can delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and deletion starts immediately.
By email
Write to privacy@escrofy.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Escrofy account". We confirm by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Your profile, username, saved items, following list, addresses, push-notification registration and sign-in credentials are deleted. Messages you sent are removed from your side; the other party keeps their copy of the conversation. Reviews you wrote are anonymised.
Records of completed orders, payments, refunds and disputes are kept for up to seven years because tax and financial-record laws require it, then deleted. If an order is still open — paid but not yet delivered, or under dispute — deletion completes once that order closes.
